Algol (アルゴル) is a demon appearing in Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena.
Personality[]
She enjoys the hunt specially for humans and feeds them to her snakes, gaining sadistic pleasure from it. She is slothful and enjoys that her poison causes pain and a slow death.
Furthermore, she takes pleasure in seeing faces contorted with frustration, fear, pain, shame, and pleasure, and she repeatedly kidnaps beautiful women, plays with them thoroughly, and then kills them. She especially likes people who are strong-willed and strong both physically and mentally, making often targets from Taimanin and UFS soldiers.

She has red long hair, as well as yellow eyes.

Background[]
Algol was a normal human in the distant past, so beautiful people called her a goddess.
Both men and women would seek her out, so beautiful that she was called the goddess of beauty. It was said to be able to captivate people, and if their eyes met, it would captivate the other person's heart and stop them from moving. However, one day, a woman who is jealous of Algol's beauty places a snake monster curse on her. And Algol was turned into a monster that was always haunted by snake demons, so scary that no one could get close to him. From then on, she really started to be avoided by everyone, and his desire for revenge and jealousy led her to become a demon.
At that time, Algol's eyes possess magical power and become demonic eyes that completely stopped movement, as if turning anyone who looks at her into stone. After becoming a demon, whenever she sees a beautiful woman, she uses her demon eyes to stop her from moving and provokes monsters to poison her. However, she quickly got tired of that and has recently become addicted to toying with beautiful women.
Now known as the Venom Queen, even fellow demon tremble.

In her "what if" event, the power of one of her snakes is taken by Fuuma Kotaro (TABA) and used against her. Putting her in a confused/aroused state in the middle of the street.

Main Weapon: Bow made out of snakes
- Curse: "Curse of the serpent apparition", though harmful to her, the snakes defend her and legends say can become as large as a mountain.
- Venom Queen: Magic Eye that can turn beholder into rock.
- Venom Weapons: Her Arrows are covered in poison.
