Taimanin Asagi 3 (対魔忍アサギ3), is a Japanese eroge Visual Novel from Black Lilith. It was originally released in the First Press Limited Edition, December 28, 2012, with later releases of a Download, and Regular Edition.
Set in the same universe as before, it also features cameos and mentiones of other characters in the spin-offs and is the chronological endpoint of the Visual Novels. Asagi shares her protagonist spot with her two adopted children Kosuke and Asuka. In the end laying ten years the chaos arena event the conflict with Nomad and Edwin Black comes to a climax. After, playing Asagi's and Kosuke's route to the end, a new route and story unlocks with Asuka.
The Asagi ending, is followed up in Taimanin Asagi ZERO but both endings are canon. Taimanin Asagi 3, started the idea of multiple timelines in the series.
Summary[]
Kousuke loves Asagi and wants her to be his women but thinks his Taimanin ability needs to awaken, to be seen as a real man. Growing desperate, he uses a medicine of Muroi, not knowing he has fallen into a trap of Edwin Black, aiming to take down Gosha Village. As the situation escalates, Kousuke gets kidnapped and the Taimanin are framed for a political murder, putting them on the defensive. At the same time, Kousukes adopted sister Asuka tries to uncover and stop the demonic ploy and save her brother, as an independent Taimanin working for America.
Story[]
Asuka's golden or true ending is considered canon but to follow the story, the Asagi route "good/bad vampire" ending is explained here too. The default Asagi routes, having many unresolved plot threads, that need the Asuka route later to be solved.
Parts of the Asagi route are canon within the true ending of Asuka, but only to a point that will be marked. The Asagi route also is "canon" in the Taimanin Asagi ZERO canon.
Asagi Route[]
Plays out from the perspective of Sawaki Kosuke and Igawa Asagi.
Prologue[]
Yamazaki Shin was a representative and finance minister until his corruption and connection to demonic forces were discovered. Now with a death order on him, he had escaped to his hideout and held a private party at Tokyo Kingdom City. Showing of Asagi, as a crucified tribute to his partially demonic guests. Explaining Asagi's role in his political downfall, Asagi only reacted with amusement. Shin boasted that she tried to kill him, but he had captured her instead, which resulted just in more snarky remarks from Asagi. Now enraged, Shin orders two Oni mercenaries, one red and one blue, to cut off Asagi's limbs. The two emotionless demons, turning their weapons on her, but before she got hit, Sakura jumped out of Asagi's shadow, with her Ninja Art, stopping them. Murasaki now broke through a wall as well, freeing Asagi from her shackles. Revealing Asagi had been captured on purpose, Asagi kills the two Oni in an instant, as well as Yamazagi Shin, with her near light speed movements. The other party guest now rang away in a panic, as the three Taimanin take a call from Yamamoto Nobushige, the chief of Section Three and their boss. He Informed them, that the Chinese Union, as an ally of Shin, had sent a special unit and the Taimanin had to flee.
Now in close pursuit by the Chinese Union's cyborg "Ghouls". They were able to keep their distance until a surprise attack of Koukawa Asuka, that fired missiles in their direction, killing the Ghouls but with little care for the Taimanin. Asagi in shock, as Asuka was her adopted daughter, that went missing two years ago, hunting Edwin Black. Asuka unwilling to answer any questions, attacked further and after a short exchange of blows, ran away to fight more Ghouls. Asagi orded her team to retreat as the mission comes first, as they only hear the explosions in the distance, ending the Tokyo Kingdom City mission.
Main Plot[]
Days after, in Gosha Village within Gosha Academy, Sawaki Kousuke enters the Principal's Office. Seeing the current Chief Cabinet Secretary Nonomura, Principal Asagi, teacher Sakura and Murasaki that just finished an inspection. Murasaki guiding the politician outside, with Sakura voicing her frustration with the Chief Cabinet member Nonomura Hiroo, dislike for Taimanin, and desire to take away their funding.
Asagi praised Sawaki Kousuke for the recent investigation, which provided the location of Yamazaki Shin, but she voiced concern, as he is her adopted son, and she doesn't want him to endanger himself too much. Leaving the office, Kousuke thinks about his romantic love for Asagi and hopes she would view him, more as a valid men and help. Kousuke visited Muroi Mitsuhiko, Gosha Academy's public-health doctor. Revealing that the info about Shin came from him originally, in return for some help with his research into the awakening of Taimanin abilities. Eager to awaken his own ability, as he had none, to make Asagi think of him as a real man. Kousuke took now an experimental drugs, that Muroi provided. Drifting into sleep, to awaken to his new ability, a rare Bedroom-art, showing slight disappointment at first, as it was not a combat ability. Muroi asked him to use his ability on a person he loved, as a test to advance his research, with Kousuke motivated to prove the usefulness. The clan abilities coming from bloodlines, still no Sawaki clan had awoken for years, and had almost lost all hope to have arts as strong as the Igawa clan or Mizuki clan. However, he is reminded by Muroi that he needed to use his ability and somebody like Igawa Asagi would be ideal and possibly even immune thanks to her strength.
Below the Virgin Forest close to Gosha Academy, in a secret laboratory, an operation took place, during this time, to remove the Body Modification from Asagi and Sakura. Kiryuu Sabato ironically leading the operation, as he was the one that induced the remodeling in the first place back in the Chaos Arena of TA1. Him working for Gosha since the events of Taimanin Murasaki, having been captured but also having fallen in obsessive love with Murasaki, teaching her his craft. Asagi and Sakura feel recovered for the first time since 10 years, even though it is hard to be thankful to Kiryuu Sabato for now.
Back at home Kousuke was to shy to tell Asagi directly that he wanted to test/train his ability on her, Asagi being busy cooking in the kitchen. Kousuke unsure on the matter, still decided in the end to use his ability, stinging Asagi with his root-like bedroom-art without her noticing, but Asagi shown no direct reaction. Sakura arrived and teased him, that he was looking rather lustfully at Asagi, with Asagi telling her sister to cut it out and act more like a responsible adult. Later that evening, Kousuke enters the bath just to be surprised by Asagi, Asagi suggested washing his back, like the old days.
Realizing that Kousuke had an erection, Asagi started to "clean" that part of him, to both being rather awkward and embarrassed. After that experience Kousuke tried to sleep but couldn't, wanting to get some tea to calm his nerves. Seeing Sakura leaving to her room at this point was very drunk, having been drinking with Asagi. Exchanging words with Asagi, he tried to use the bedroom art again, when her back was turned, but once again again, it showed no effect. Asagi instantly noticing, the sting came from him this time and demanded an answer what he did.
Apologetic, Kousuke revealed that he used a bedroom art on her and how it is not working, Asagi stating she noticed the last time, and she knew this kinda bedroom art. Telling him he is a "bad boy" in a teasing fashion. He tried to explain himself that he didn't want to control her with the ability, just to be seen as an adult by her and a real man, fearing to be thrown out he apologizes deeply. Asagi reassuring him and saying he was important and his ability had some effect as she was slightly flushed. Kousuke unable to hold back kisses Asagi. Both sleeping with each other until dawn, Sakura almost discovering them in the act while going to the bathroom. Asagi being slightly angry scowled at Kouske and dropped her clenched fist onto his head, scolding him to not overdo it. However, saying she wasn't furious, smiling asking if he really loved her that much and how she felt that way too but would need a bit of time to consider.
The next morning Kousuke gave Asagi a morning kiss, but both got interrupted by Sakura, both deciding to hide their relationship for now. At Gosha Academy Kousuke new-found confidence showed in the sparing matches against Sakura, later that day he visited Muroi Mitsuhiko again to tell him about last night. Talking about his experience and the reaction of Asagi, which he doesn't name directly. Muroi encouraging using his ability more and be assertive. Yatsu Murasaki and Kiryuu Sabato entered the medical room asking for medical supplies and sent Kousuke to Asagi that called for him. Within the office, Asagi informs her that Koukawa Asuka has intruded into the village a while ago, Kousuke and her having met from time to time in secret, Asagi asking if her adopted children have met in secret before.
Kousuke remembering an encounter with Asuka one year ago, that happened two years after her disappearance, after the fight with Edwin Black. Admitting that fact, Asagi asking him should she contact him this time, to tell Asuka to talk to her. He agrees but shifts the conversation, Kousuke acting "assertive" sleeps with Asagi in the office. Until they have almost seen by Murasaki and Sakura, for the second time.
After this, on his way home he gets attacked by Koukawa Asuka his adopted sister, just for her to reveal she was just teasing him. Both talking for the first time since a year. Asuka started to tease Kousuke, and tried to impress him with her growth, but the teasing fell rather short, with her becoming desperate for a responds, with Kousuke remain slightly annoyed silent. Both, still consider each other family and talk about the past, with Kousuke warning her that it is dangerious to just sneak in. The conversation turns more and more sour, as Oboro's and her status as Rogue Taimanin comes to mind, with Asuka refusing to even talk about Koukawa Oboro, which was a close family member and guardian. Kousuke told Asuka that Asagi wanted to talk, which now made Asuka really mad, which only wanted to visit him and was still angry with Asagi because of the unapproved mission, Asuka rushed into alone. Asuka saying she does not want to meet with somebody like Asagi, as she was driven by her desire to kill Edwin Black for the Koukawa Massacre. Asuka got strongly angry at the topic, with Kousuke starting to be more assertive and fighting back. Telling Asuka that Asagi is just worried as a parent, both start an escalating back-and-forth. Asuka asked if he still loves Asagi and ended saying that if Asagi or him got in her way, she would kill. The truth of that statmentent being somewhat questionable, she rushed out in anger, hitting Kousuke in the stomach.
Back at Gosha Academy, Muroi reads the medical records of Sawaki Kosuke hinting at evil intentions. and he noticed Kiryuu Sabato that tried to spy on him. Both confronting each other, Kiryuu being direct, out of respect for his former master, and tells him, that he knows that "Muroi" is just a disguise for his former teacher of hell technology, the Demonologist, Fürst. Asking him to just leave Gosha, before he needs to report him to Yatsu Murasaki. "Muroi" now changed the room with his demonic abilities captured Kiryuu and "seemingly" killed him, without holding back.
Far away from Gosha Village deep within the underground town of Yomihara, Edwin Black is informed by the evil Oboro, that Fürst infiltration has been a success, which has been all a part of a plan to capture Asagi and attack Gosha in the near future. Ingrid, right-hand women of Black, teasing Oboro that she isn't allowed to kill but only to capture Asagi. Both women being very confrontational, clearly acting like cat and dog.
Two weeks after Kyousuke and Asagi's relationship became more serious, Yamamoto Nobushige appeared with serious news. Asking Asagi, Sakura and Murasaki were the other top Taimanin Yukikaze, Rinko and Kurou were at the moment, being informed all are currently on other undercover missions, leaving the village rather defenseless. He warns them of a new powered Exoskeleton, "Raiden" that disappeared from a Self-Defense Force base. Revealing connections to the first game, where Raiden was based on a UFS designed "Alexander" and had stolen hell technology from the Dragon Gate group, of Taimanin Asagi 2. Having connected the dots to Nomad and the UFS, he handed documents out about Raiden's weakness, he obtained from UFS anti NOMAD factions (DSO). Yamamoto being called on his phone by the Chief Cabinet Secretary Nonomura leaves the room, the Taimanin group shows worry and talked about the disappearance of Kiryuu Sabato, Murasaki showing signs of worry, as she does not think he betrayed them.
Meanwhile, Kousuke was reporting to "Muroi" (Fürst) obtaining a "pregnancy test" from him and speaking about the influence the bedroom art has on Asagi, seemingly having almost lost his feeling of guilt, about using it at first. After Kousuke left, Fürst smirks but notices that Kiryuu still has not been "dissolved" and he notices a small fly escaping from his medical room. Outside at evening Murasaki encounters this "bug" which turned out to be Kiryuu Sabato, which informs him about Fürst.
During that moment, Kousuke visited Asagi again and both sleep with each other, he confirms she is pregnant by the "test", and proposes to her right there, saying he will take care of the child and take responsibility, she agrees. After a while, Asagi tells Kousuke she looked into his ability and noticed, that based on blood relations of the Sawaki clan, it was highly odd he got this ability. The last user being a Koukawa clan member that disappeared, having no relations with his house, the Sawaki. Asagi, wanted to look at his body for artificial changes, gets interrupted as "Muroi" (Fürst) enters the room. Wasting little time, Muroi reveals it was his doing and he used hell's technology to do it, having killed the first user of the ability and implanting it into Kousuke.
Kousuke suddenly flashing with a red light that came from the "false pregnancy test" falls down in pain as his body bursts open and changed shape. Turned into a softball sized ball of meat, with a nonsensical human face, unable to move but still having his senses. Asagi rushed in to attack "Muroi" (Fürst) but was unable to move as well, as Muroi ordered the flesh ball to stop her. Unwillingly obeying, Kousuke stops Asagi, through her connection with him and the fertilized womb. Oboro appearing to reveal the trap, while Muroi transforms into his Fürst form. Kousuke in his despair awakens to his real ninja ability that is able to influence magnetism, attacking Fürst and Oboro in a desperate last attack. Asagi breaking free from the control with the light distraction, slashing at Fürst full force and pushing Oboro into a corner. Wanting to control Asagi again, the hurt Fürst used the meatball once more, however instead of controlling her womb, he was just attacked by more metal objects. Giving Asagi one more chance to counter-attack, now Murasaki also broke through a wall, but was unable to finish Fürst and Oboro as Ingrid guarded both. Ingrid ordering a retreat, unable to stop them fleeing. Asagi collapsed on the floor, heartbroken, crying out for Kousuke, ordering Murasaki to save him which would fail.
After that, Asagi immediately received emergency surgery in Kiryu's lab, removing the fertilized egg in order for her not to be controlled by Fürst via the meatball. Murasaki performing the surgery as Kiryu was still regenerating, having himself turned into a bug to escape from Fürst in the first place. Asagi being very weak physically and emotionally, Murasaki and Sakura standing next to her, not knowing what to say about the situation. Blaming herself for what happened, Asagi realizes that she had tried allowed Kousuke so far, as he reminded her of Sawaki Kyousuke a lover she was forced to kill. Promising, Kyousuke, she would rescue and heal his brother, no matter what.
Back in Yomihara, at Black's palace, Oboro and Fürst apologies for their failure, seeing still value in the "meat ball Kousuke", they are left of the hook for now. Black discusses the UFS pro and anti NOMAD groups, demanding from Oboro to destroy the groups that are against them. Ingrid insulted Oboro's last mission failure again, disappears with Black, leaving Fürst and Oboro alone. Fürst, annoyed by Ingrid for a long time, suggesting a plan to get rid of the smug Ingrid for both of their sakes.
The next day in the residence of the Prime Minister Asai Koujirou, Asai, Nonomura, Yamamoto and Asagi talk about a new mission to find, stolen funds that the now dead Yamazaki Shin disappeared with. Explaining that the residence of Shin was still guarded by at least ten Beastman (demon) so normal police would not be enough, as well, Asagi was to alone recover a secret document regarding shin for national security reasons. After talking with Yamaoto outside the room about a possible insider agent within the government of Nomad, both are interrupted by an explosion. Rushing back into the room with Nonomura and Asai, they see Koukawa Asuka that killed almost all security guards in a rather brutish fashion. Asuka being surprised by Asagi's arrival, kills the two left over security guards that shot at her, Asagi rushing to her in an instant and slashed at Asuka. While fighting, Asuka tells Asagi she will not talk to her and Asagi that she will make her talk by force. Both being almost evenly matched, Asagi holding back however as her skills might kill Asuka she saw as family. A second explosion outside signaling Asuka to flee broke up the fight, looking enraged at Asagi for not fighting seriously. Having saved both the Prime Minister and Nonomura, Asagi recollects the events and goes on her mission to Yamazaki Shin residence.
Asagi, discussing over headset that the attack from before was probably a diversion, to gather information and not a real assassination attempt. Entering Shin residence with little resistance, Asagi smells blood, finds the body of Nonomura and standing over him Koukawa Asuka again. Both women showing signs of surprise, as they were shot at from outside by a large unknown group, Asuka again fleeing the scene. Yamamoto Nobushige stating the obvious that this was a trap, guessing that the goal is to label Asagi as the criminal who murdered Nonomura. The group of attackers turning out to be elite soldiers of the government and Raiden units. Asagi being overpowered by the number of enemies, her Inner Demon tells her to use demonic power, but she refuses. Asagi now focused on the fight again is saved by an unknown Masked Taimanin (Koukawa Oboro), that killed the weaker soldiers. Giving Asagi the chance to exploit the Raiden weakness, she learned from Yamaoto way before this, attacking the weak points and killing it. The Masked Taimanin congratulating Asagi, taking rather nonchalant, telling Asagi to follow.
On a TV screen the Masked Taimanin showed a current broadcasting of the Prime Minister Asai Koujirou, that addressed the death of Nonomura talking about an inside Government attack that will be solved swiftly enacting the Anti-State Division Act. Masked Taimanin (Koukawa Oboro) explaining that Asai backers are NOMAD, via pro groups within the UFS "state department". The UFS expecting from Asai the "Pacific Community Affiliation" of Japan, making Japan part of the UFS. The Masked Taimanin stating they were both in trouble, and maybe to late, before Asagi could ask more, the other Taimanin left with her ability leaving the body of a stranger behind.
About the same time, a catastrophe was occurring in the Taimanin Village, smoke was rising from all over the town. Government soldiers attacking the village and Gosha Academy. The same people that attacked Asagi, with a number of armed soldiers, of the Kanda Brigade and Raidens. Having Asagi out of the village and most strong Taimanin being off on other missions, the village was under siege. Colonel Kanda and Captain Konou organizing the current attack, ordering his men to capture Igawa Sakura and Yatsu Murasaki. The attacking military force that was ordered by the Prime Minister was the Known the Kanda Bridage, it is fair to call them more mercenaries.
Within Gosha Academy Murasaki was instructing the defense of the village, Sakura returning from scouting informing her that around 1000 soldiers had entered the main pathways, but the mountain path could still be safe to escape. Explosions hitting the area outside, the enemy forces had destroyed the main gate and entered the sports ground of the academy. Sakura telling Murasaki both gonna fight together to keep them busy, while she ordered Akiyama Tatsurou already to lead the weaker Taimanin to escape.
Sakura and Murasaki defeating the troups of Kondou even killing one Raiden unit are in the end cornered, by more soldiers and Kanda himself with multiple Raidens. Revealing the total army force was, 5500 and the main force of 3000 was stationed on the mountain paths. Throwing over the head of one of the guards of the training Taimanin, Kanda states that he killed half of the Taimanin and made the other half prisoners. Both Sakura and Murasaki, giving up to protect the leftover students, dropped their weapon and asked for the demands.
Later at night, Konou tortured Murasaki to break her will using hell technology. Fürst stepping out of the dark, providing and helping with the torture. While Kanda was doing the same to Sakura, demanding information about valuable data, lists of Taimanin, confidential information, mission areas and safe houses. Both Sakura and Murasaki, refusing to answer, claiming that such data doesn't exist, get raped by the troupes to break their will. After multiple rounds they get branded, still refusing Konou spitting in his face. While everything seemed doomed for them, an attack on the camp there are imprisoned in starts, sparking feelings of hope for them that Asagi has come.
At the same time in Shinjuku Tokyo, Asagi moved silently through the streets, that were still full of the Self Defense Forces with the ongoing nightly curfew. Now on the run because of the Prime Minister's plot, Taimanin were seen as enemies of the state. Asagi meeting up with a contact, "Dogle" an orc, giving her a communication terminal like device. Knocking him out, Asagi, proceeds to go downtown. Using a hidden tunnel of the Government that housed a closed network of national and classified information, she used Dogle terminal. Able to now contact Yamamoto Nobushige with her cellphone, which would otherwise be jammed. Talking about the situation, Asagi said she would destroy any backup data as soon as possible, to protect the many Taimanin currently working undercover, and exchanged the information from the Masked Taimanin. When talking about Koukawa Asuka, Yamamoto proclaimed she might be an enemy however, Asagi hesitated, thinking of her as a daughter. Knowing, she could currently not go back to Gosha Village, Asagi was frustrated but said her goodbye for now to her boss. Both hoping to take down the Prime Minister in time.
Four days later Asagi had reached the last save house and destroyed the data on it, Yamatoto calling her warning her that an attack by the Kanda Brigade was imminent. Asagi proclaiming she would bring Black's head next time they met. Asagi having expected the attack, armed herself to counter, killing the first platoon of soldiers that attacked. Konou at the entrance was still waiting for a call of his team, was surprised to see Asagi that had already killed the second platoon and currently was killing the third and last one. Asking Konou about the state of Sakura and Murasaki, Konou reveals that he killed them both just 4 hours ago, having gained the information about the hideout from other students. Grieved by the cruel information, Asagi was ready to kill Konou, but 6 more Raiden units attacked, which forced her to withdraw. Konou provoking Asagi being explicit about the fate of Sakura and Murasaki, Asagi stopped running and stopped. Using her Demon Awakening form Asagi defended herself against all 6 Raiden, able to kill them one by one in a bloody battle. Extremely weakened and being shot at by Konou, she decapitated him and fell weakened to the ground. Refusing to become one with her Demon Awakening form, she noticed Edwin Black emerging from the ground using Sakura's ability. However, refused to use her demonic powers fully, as this was just what Edwin Black always wanted, with every transformation corrupting her. Regardless she is knocked out by Edwin Black, which is impressed but also annoyed by her resistance and desire to stay human.
Two days after this, in Yomihara in the headquarters of NOMAD, The Palace of Darkness, Asagi awakes and is tortured by Oboro. Both insulting each other multiple times, Oboro showing Sawaki Kousuke is still "alive" as a hostage. Losing consciousness, Asagi has an internal conversation with her Demon Awakening form, the demon hinting at the goals of Black that are unknown to normal Asagi with the Aion and Mother Sea. Asagi asking if she can save her and what it would mean to use her power, believing it would turn the Inner Demon, into the master of her body, the demon proclaimed that "Now, she will the one to decide".
Waking up, Oboro explained that Asagi will be trained and remodeled for a week and then will fight in the "Demon Arena". Having put her into an "Injuu" and after that, Asagi was put under a "hypnotic seal". The seal able to force Asagi not to attack Oboro or be directly controlled by command, Oboro making it clear that Asagi is supposed to die later on if all goes her way.
Days after that "The Demon Arena" events were beginning, multiple criminals in Yomihara visited, and Edwin Black introduces the combatants himself. Asagi and Power Lady, Asagi focusing on the fight in front of her for now. Oboro using the seal to stop Asagis dodges, she was forced into a strangle hold by Power Lady but used the short window of losing unconsciousness, that broke the spell, to counter-attack and knock out Power Lady instead.
Events after this are altered by the Asuka route.
Later that night, Oboro and Black visit Asagi not to congratulate but offer Asagi to two of Black's new slaves, Sakura and Murasaki. Having been revived by Black, that took the dead bodies within himself and used his cells to revive them as demons. Both, not remembering Asagi, tortured her in order to break Asagi's will. Asagi drifting into unconsciousness and sleep, sees her Inner Demon again. The shadow Asagi, mocking her state, Asagi telling it calmly, to be quiet for a little while. The shadow telling her she almost succumbed to lust, Asagi declares her chance will come, and she will not give up. Her Inner Demon mocking her about her, missing knowledge about the Human and Demon Realm, Asagi screamed at her to shut up and awakens.
Both demonic Murasaki and Sakura, still in the room, tell her that Oboro wants something of her. Oboro showing signs of great anger as Black had prohibited her now to interfere in the fights. Asagi is guided to the second match in the Demon Arena. Oboro out of "kindness" giving out information about Asai Koujirou (the Prime Minister), in a broadcast he had declared the death of Nonomura a hidden attack by the Chinese Union and now as a reaction would make Japan enter the UFS to oppose them. Hinting that those are currently Blacks and Nomads goals.
Asagi entering the ring, this time her enemy being "the Earth Crawler", an Injuu that lives normally in Hell. Asagi, unable to see her opponent, could only feel a being coming for her, her senses giving her an uncomfortable feeling. She, noticing the difference in height of the stage, jumping upward, the stage changed from concrete to a wriggling bed of flesh. Slashing away at the giant Injuu, attacking parts of it that were like a nerve center. Oboro interrupting Asagi with her Hypnotic seal, Asagi is unable to dodge and captured by the Injuu. Being penetrated until unconsciousness, the crowed wishes not for death but punishment, which Black declares with that. Upsetting Oboro which hoped for Asagi's quick lose and death in the match.
Oboro now standing at the entrance, Oboro explaining her "punishment" serving multiple men points at Power Lady that has been broken by Orcs since the last match, proclaiming this to be Asagi's fate as well. Dogle was one of the first customers. Frightened however by Asagi he was hesitant, Oboro forced to use her hypnotic seal on her to serve the orc for a week. Asagis will waving becoming slowly Dogle's slave, was however bought back as Black ordered Sakura to kill the meat ball (Sawaki Kousuke) in front of Asagi's eyes. Asagi, bought back by the shock screaming at Black, got kicked by Murasaki and Sakura as punishment. Black satisfied bringing her back, stating the next fight will be against those two and a death match.
Asagi being at her low point, griefs the loss of Kousuke and remembers also his brother, thinking she killed them both. Now, to also kill her sister and friend, would break her will and make her give into despair, Oboro explained. Asking her if she not rather would want to die in the fight. The battle started, Asagi avoided the attack of her former Taimanin friends, and she noticed they were not using their abilities. Asagi being extremely weakened by the past battles, mentally and physically, was thinking about a way to counter them, knocking them down at times even in this state. Throwing her blade at them, both dodged, using her ability she suddenly appeared in front of Oboro. Surprised, she embraced Oboro, saying that the hypnotic seal only stopped her from directly attacking her, catching the blade midair. Oboro thinks she has won as she also induced in Asagi the will to protect her, however Asagi's plan was just positioning and using the Inner Demon to break out of the control for a second, slashing at Oboro, killing her.
Black, showed little reaction, ordered Murasaki and Sakura, rush Asagi and kill her for a bedroom reward. Asagi having decided the only way to save them was to kill them, as they already have "died". Asagi standing up unleashes the power of the Inner Demon one more time, kills both demon turned women. Now without stop rushing at Black, unable to hurt Black's body, he pierces Asagi (Shadow) with multiple shadows. Annoyed by the audience, Black kills everybody in the Demon Arena, Fürst, Ingrid and all his subordinates within a flash turning them all to ash.
Black now fusing with Asagi's (Shadow) destroying her humanity, reveals that this was his aim all along. At this point, connecting the normal world, with his gravity manipulation ability, to the Mother Sea, destroying the universe. Activating his immortality ability "that revives him on death" by creating the Taimanin Asagi ZERO universe, as he is reborn in it with a Vampire Asagi on his side. "Bad ending"
Epilogue[]
Sakura and Murasaki, are seen hunting for somebody in the darkness of Tokyo. Edwin Black and Vampire Asagi are seen in the night sky, with Asagi now fully corrupted and hungry for food.
Asuka Route[]

Prologue[]
One day after the events that lead to the death of Yamazaki Shin, in the skies of the Chinese Union controlled Nansa Archipelago. A high altitude flight brings Koukawa Asuka to the Taihei Island (Taiping Island) in order to attack a Chinese military installation. Using a drop pot and in communication with Kotani Kenji, Asuka landed in the military base. Part of her mission was to collect combat data from the "Ghoul" units, for the UFS. Blowing up parts of the base to get their attention, fighting multiple Ghouls at once, Asuka has little difficulty blowing them apart, even if she wasted her big weapons. Her weapon upgrades, being at times to powerful were wasted rather fast. A gigantic Ghoul with 4 arms around twice the size appeared, Asuka called for the moment the High Ghoul. After being hit by the beast a few times, Asuka used her particle canon to blow the monster up instantly but underestimated her own strength, destroying most of the original base on top of it. Asuka arms and legs heavily damaged, waits for her pickup crew, mostly worrying that Kotani will be mad that she broke her limbs again.
Main plot[]
Multiple hours after this, back at the DSO base Orange Industry building, within its underground laboratory, Asuka was complaining about waiting for Kotani repairs. Having her limbs removed, unable to move, she was sulking and apologetic for the destruction of the parts. Wanting to go to school as she made already plans, saying she agreed to go on a date with Ishiyama Takuto, not really wanting to go but hoped it would teach her brother Sawaki Kousuke a lesson. Finishing the new upgrade to her arms, Kontani rants about Taimanin particle and how they could prove one of his theories about higher dimensons, much to Asuka's dismay, as he would not stop speculating about the Taima Particles and science. Asuka breaking the rant, asking if she could take down Edwin Black with these new models, Kotani confirming that with these upgrades she would be stronger than Asagi and Black. Asuka talked to herself, that with this the true enemy of her family, Nomad and Black would be stopped, finding determination. In further talks Kotani also explains that parts of the UFS like the DSO are against NOMAD, while other parts, in an open secret, support it like the State Department. The conversation ending with a short confirmation that their chief the Masked Taimanin (Koukawa Oboro) would come back to Japan very soon.
Far away, near the Manhattan Bridge, the female Masked Taimanin was fighting a group of bear Beastman. Defeating most of the Beastman, addressed the leader and questioned him about the NOMAD operations his group were performing and the location of Edwin Black. The boss Beastman stating he supposedly in Japan at the moment, Ingrid steps out of the shadows and confirms. Both women start a fighting the Masked Taimanin not revealing for who she works for or who she is. Ingrid slightly overpowering her, the Masked Taimanin flees the scene, telling Ingrid that both would meet in Japan.
A bit later in Yomihara, Ingrid had returned to Edwin Black, informing him about the unknown masked Taimanin and the DSO activities hindering NOMAD. Informing Ingrid that Oboro had found the base of operations of the DSO in Japan and the Steel Taimanin (Koukawa Asuka) and would soon make her move on them. Black complimenting Ingrid, telling her she is his only real subordinate, much to her delight. After this, Ingrid left through the streets of Yomihara, noticing Oboro in a hidden off alleyway. Approaching it turned into an ambush against Ingrid, which was a plan created originally by Fürst, using Bakan demons that are booby-trapped and poison to knock her out.
Asuka having a recurring nightmare of the events two years ago. Having rushed against, Asagis wishes to attack Edwin Black on her own. Her wind ability not able to damage to Black, he cut off her arms and legs and ordered Oboro to kill her. Asuka confused, as she knew Koukawa Oboro, as a family member and had not believed she had become evil. However, "Oboro" was just the old body of the person she knew, taken over by a demonic soul. Before getting hit by Oboro's claws the real Koukawa Oboro (Masked Taimanin) blocked the attack. Asuka drifted into unconsciousness, only hearing the voice of Oboro telling her to keep up the legacy of the Koukawa family. Afterward, Asuka had joined the DSO, learning about the two Oboros, her feelings regarding Asagi had grown sour, even if she considered her a mother, she still rather wanted to be viewed by Asagi as a competent Taimanin first so she kept her distance becoming strong.
Asuka having been woken up by Kousuke, informs her classes are about to start, which prompts her to get up and leave for school.
In front of the Prime Minister's Official Residence, four days after the events of the Taihei Island, Asuka was annoyed as she was only able to go to school for a single day before going to the next mission. Her objective this time was to steal encrypted communications records related to the Government from a server, by infiltrating its independent network from a computer in the Prime Minister's residence. Her main task was to create a rampage around to buy time for other members would steal the data. Jumping into the office rooms through the window, she surprised Nonomura and the Prime Minister Asai Koujirou, which just took a break from their talk with Asagi and Yamamoto. Being attacked by enhanced police forces in the room, Asuka killed multiple of them until Asagi rushed the room. Both women exchanging blows, Asuka is pleased how she can keep up with the strongest Taimanin, but an explosion outside signals that she needs to withdraw.
Three hours later, back at the Japan branch of the DSO headquarter, Asuka meets the Chief (Koukawa Oboro) after a long time. Correcting some of Asuka's rushed actions in the fight against Asagi, which Asuka apologies for, both showing having a mother/child relationship. Koukawa Oboro addressing the entire staff confirmed information of the last operation linking NOMAD, American State Department and the Prime Minister, ordering to further analyze the data. Asuka kinda worried about not going to school again for the next days, gets encouraged by the Masked Taimanin, to make some normal memories as well.
The next morning, Asuka was taking the train to Midoribashi Academy being greeted by Ishiyama Takuto, which looked rather unpleased as she skipped the date both had scheduled yesterday, which was the second time that happened. Asuka apologizes, but is taken aback by Ishiyama boasting about his popularity. Wanting to call the date off, Ishiyama showed serious annoyance acting like an idiot holding her shoulder, she slams him on the floor. Calls the date off and enters the train and went to her classes, just to be annoyed by Takuto again a few hours later. Finally giving up following him on a "date", going down the basement into the light music clubroom, Takuto revealed his true nature as a woman beating rapist treating Asuka. Telling her his desire would turn her into an idiot pig bitch, Asuka being rather unimpressed, breaks almost his leg. Before she can leave Ishiyama Ryoji, Takuto's brother, enters the light music clubroom. Trying to knock out Asuka, she instead knocks both thug brothers out. Getting a call from the DSO, Asuka is called back to HQ as further investigation of data revealed the plot to attack Gosha Village and blame Asagi for Nonomura soon enacted death.
Asuka rushing to the residence of Yamazaki Shin where Nonomura supposedly was called to arrived before the chief, meeting Nonomura early Asuka tried to warn about the possible attack on his life. Nonomura showing little surprise confirmed that he would die in that place and Asagi would discover his body, explaining his family were hostages of prime minister Asai Koujirou, and he chose his death to save his family. Confirming that the next step was probably blame the Taimanin and attack their village. Asuka unable to convince Nonomura of another way is forced to watch as Nonomura shoots himself. Asagi arriving minutes later, she is unable to explain the situation as the Kanda Brigade send by the Prime Minister attacks. Asuka fleeing from the location, now flies with the help of her wind manipulation powers to Gosha Village to save her brother, not knowing he already has been kidnapped.
Arriving at night Gosha had already fallen, most student hold in town's hall and the gym, Asuka hoping her brother was still alive broke open the gym walls and helped numerous Taimanin to escape. Most badly wounded needed to avoid combat and first escape from the village.
Seemingly a wounded Swordfighter Taimanin* which takes most of the students to a save place, while Asuka could look for her brother, informing her that Fürst had kidnapped her brother. Both women* wishing each other luck, Asuka beats up a few soldiers while *Rinko* escapes with the rest of Taimanin.
Fürst arrived at the scene with multiple soldiers, mocks Asuka and shows his that now meatball turned Sawaki Kousuke. Asuka rushing him in anger killed multiple soldiers, Fürst surprised by the power of the Taimanin was unable to counter with his tentacle and got pushed to the ground. Cutting of his limbs with a smile, Asuka "asked" if her brother could be turned back to normal. Before Asuka could do more harm to Fürst, Asai stepped out of the darkness. Kotani could only warn her not to face him in battle, she cut him off before speaking to reveal the true identity of Asai Koujirou as Edwin Black. Ordering Fürst to hunt after the escaped once, Asuka was ordered again by Kontani over headset to retreat. Asuka decided to withdraw as Kotani convinced her that more information about his immortality was needed. Battling to find a chance to escape, she was able to push Black to reveal his true form of a godlike demon. Unable to defeat him at this point, she used her Acceleration mode, however Black's ability the gravitational barrier sucked away her added speed. Jumping back weakened by her failed use of the taxing mode, unable to use her particle canon, Asuka got pierced through the chest by Black's demonic halberd. Absorbing her life energy directly, Asuka was only saved by a quick attack of the Chief "Koukawa Oboro". Telling Asuka to run, the "masked Taimanin" attacked Black without hesitation.
The chief telling her to seek Asagi and leave for now Asuka grabbing her meatball brother and crying because of her failure and uncertainty of what would happen to the chief, withdraw with her wind ability, while the Chief was facing Black. Black noticed, that it was in fact Oboro's original soul, which had escaped from her original body, with her Ninja Art. Using the bodies of the Kanda Brigade soldiers to jumping bodies to attack Black, Koukawa Oboro was able to do serious damage. Getting somewhat close to a killing blow but she is stabbed by Black's shadows blades, while dying, her last hope are Asagi and Asuka, which together can take down Black. Unable to change bodies, the Masked Taimanin, Koukawa Oboro dies.
Multiple hours after Asuka arrived in the DSO Japan Branch, her limbs mostly broken, was unable to contact anybody from the place and called for anybody. The base being oddly uninhabited, only to be greeted by Ishiyama Takuto, having took Kotani Kenji and the rest of the staff hostage. Asuka limbs gave in, and she was attacked by Ishiyama Ryoji and other gang members with metal bats. After Asuka lost consciousness, cause of the original life drain of Black and the current attacks. Oboro arrived, promising the brothers a position in NOMAD leadership, and took the meatball brother once again.
Within the lab on Gosha Village Fürst and Oboro, were operating on Ingrid. Oboro used the Bakan and hell technology, Lewd Crest and drugs to break her and turn her into a hypnotic slave. As Ingrid now is put into a machine, Fürst turned his attention to Oboro. Asking if she would agree with Black's true objective, which Oboro denies. Oboro, also mentioned the return of "something" to her, which had been lost, possibly her soul, even if now fully corrupted. Fürst deeply loyal to Black's Reset plan, regarding Asagi, now sent out his Injuu pet . With the goal of turning Oboro into an incubator, to get rid of her. Meanwhile, he ranted about how he made her in the first place, giving her power, to get rid of Ingrid and her constant insults and implication to be on or above him, annoyed him for a while.
Oboro however, used her ability on the Injuu, the beast attacking its master instead, Fürst gets eaten and killed by the Injuu much to Oboro's joy as she now is the only person in Black's inner circle and Ingrid, is fully under her control, as long as Oboro lives.
Five days after Asuka has been knocked out, awakening to see the mix of Kanda Brigade soldiers now occupying the DSO branch. Her limbs having been changed by the DSO staff, under the watchful eyes of the soldiers that now clearly worked for NOMAD and Oboro. Ishiyama Ryoji and Ishiyama Takuto telling her to smile as they got entrusted to train her by Oboro. Telling her that Sawaki Kousuke "meatball" was again in the hands of Oboro. Having her arms restored, Asuka immediately wanted to attack the brother, but her limbs now link to her pleasure senses, as well as her Taimanin ability, she was unable to harm them. Kotani Kenji apologizing as he was forced to make the changes to the limbs,. Both brothers telling her to go to school for her "training" now and get dressed but before leaving Kotani told Asuka that the name of his wife is "Kotani Toshiko" and "tell her I can't go home on Saturday" even while being beaten by the brothers to shut up, him insisting to Asuka that those are not trivial words. Asuka noticing something was up with the request, but couldn't put it together at the moment.
Taking the train with both brother, Asuka was molested by both of them until arriving at Midoribashi Academy. They show her a video of a fellow DSO scientist being shot, telling her that at anytime her brother can be next. Taking her virginity in the Light Music Clubroom, both brothers would "train" her for multiple hours and force her to wear an anal plug. The next day, following a similar pattern, Asuka started to losing herself in lust, holding on to reason only slightly, being forced to orgasm multiple times as her training progressed.
Back at the Palace of Darkness Ingrid gave her reports and made a suggestion to Black to make Koukawa Asuka and Igawa Asagi fight in the Demon Arena. Black's original plan having been that Asagi fights the revived and now slowly demonizing Sakura and Murasaki, however hoping that a fight of daughter against mother would speed up Asagis awakening to her Inner Demon, he agreed. Ingrid adding that to please those that have a grudge against Sakura and Murasaki, both should be sold off as slave prostitute as punishment. Black, frowning slightly, agreeing but commenting that her cruelty was like Oboro.
Oboro had ordered the current actions of Ingrid. Stimulating Ingrid that was under the influence of the hypnotic slave tattoo she had at this point, Oboro sending her away, giving her the "request" to become a whore. Ingrid following the order without resistance, only Oboro remained on Black's side.
At night in Shinjuku, Asuka was standing with Takuto in front of Yamadai an illegal AV moviemaker, creating mostly harsh stuff. Having given Asuka her combat limbs as a form of cosplay, still acting the same as the once that were stimulating her. Kotani Kenji told her that she still couldn't fight with them and reminded her again of what he said before being kicked down. Asuka remembering the words, she came to the conclusion he wanted to tell her a code or password of some type hidden in the comments about his wife. Before she had the time to think, she was interrupted by Takuto telling her the AV shoot would start now.
Having fornicated on a live broadcast, Asuka had been at this point passed around for 3 days, at which point both Ryoji and Takuto arrived to see her almost broken down completely. Asuka having almost lost all reason still sleeps with multiple AV actors almost unable to speak coherently. Oboro arriving at the scene told both brother they did a good job and her plan that Asuka would fight in the Demon Arena was looking promising, her hope being that Asuka would kill Asagi. Stopping Edwin Black's fusion plan and her becoming the leading women in NOMAD, handing over the meatball to the brothers. Oboro started talking to Asuka, that she would have "that" serious fight very soon and her reward would be that her brother is returned to normal, her victory being ensured as Oboro was using the hypnotic slave seal on Asagi to stop her movement at the right moment. Saying only her victory would ensure her brother's safety, as Fürst was dead, and only she knew how to heal him. Asuka driven close to despair as Oboro left the room, though she remembered the voice of her chief.
Asuka now thinking back to the words of Kotani realizing that saying his wife name as "Toshiko" was wrong as she was an American named Catherine. Thinking deeply about it, Asuka stared into space, as suddenly Ishiyama Ryoji violently shook Asuka's shoulder, screaming orders at her. Her eyes become locust once more and she thanked Kotani. Saying "Code Red" (which makes sense in Japanese), Asuka repeated the code word now loud, sounds coming from her limbs. Crushing Ryouji's hands into pulp, he screamed in pain as his brother was shocked. Asuka returning to her normal attitude, cleaning off the bone fragments and skin from her mechanical arm left by the brother. Cutting of Ryouji arm that was holding the flesh ball.
Back at Yomihara on the day of the Demon Arena fight. Asagi and Oboro stood next to each other as Oboro told her to rather die than suffer by killing her own daughter. Asuka and Takuto arriving from the other side of the arena, Asuka having turned the gang and his brother to meat. She placed multiple explosives hidden on Takuto's brother to ensure he wouldn't run away. The match was started by Edwin Black's word, both women clashed in the middle of the stage.
Asuka whispering to Asagi that they should destroy Black now. Revealing that Kousuke was alive, and she was fine as well, using the sounds of their blade strikes to hide the exchange of information. Telling Asagi that she could confirm that Sakura and Murasaki were alive somewhere as well. Asagi being proud of her, however, she should kill her (thinking about the slave seal that would force her to defend Black and Oboro). Asuka telling her she knew about the Lewd Crest seal, having a plan to deal with it, by killing Oboro. Takuto, having been ordered to get close to Oboro after the match started, didn't know his role as Asuka snapped her finger, igniting 4 Annihilation on his body. The explosion large enough to kill him and vampire Oboro instantly without them even knowing what had happened. With the last issue solved, both women challenged Edwin Black. Accepting and arriving at the arena floor, Black was annoyed by the chaos in the arena and, killed the guards and visitors, standing now alone against both Taimanin. Asuka having seen his true form, challanged him to reveal it and not play around, which he agrees with.
Asuka having learned about Black's ability from the last fight, explaining the gravitational barrier to Asagi, saying that speed will not be enough. Both of them felt weak by torture, herself with almost no ammunition left, they had no plan or counter him and had to just "wing it". Asagi viewing her as a a worthy Taimanin, to fight together with, against such a foe. Exchanging some blows, Asuka fired her Anti Demon Taima Particle Canon, however even this was absorbed by the barrier. Attacking and breaking parts of her limb blades, Black now had the upper hand, but before giving the killing blow, Asagi broke all of his summoned weapons, with her near lightspeed attacks. Not letting up, she slashed at his arms, but it was not able to kill him. While his body began to fade shortly, Black heals quickly from all damage, with attacks from the outside not reaching him again.
Black's arm reaches and pierced Asagi's chest, with his arm now slowly started to fuse with her, darkness spreading through Asagi. A black vortex to the Mother Sea starts to open, through Black's gravity ability. Explaining that both the human and demon world would come to an end and a new world would form, where him and Asagi would rule as immortalized gods. Black being "immortal" as he could reset the universe, and resurrect if he was about to lose against stronger opponent.
Asagi smirked, telling Black not to underestimate a kunoichi and, made a light shake with her wrist, as an anti demon knife burred deep into Black's third eye on his forehead. As Asagi, was touching Black, she was inside his gravitation barrier and now his gravitational ability was being interrupted fully, as the black hole vortex closed. Asagi called for Asuka, which had charged all her Taima Particles energy, into a single giant attack, Asuka fired once again an even bigger Anti Demon Taima Particle Canon at Black. Which was unable to use his gravity barrier, healing or resurrection in responds. Black's body was pierced by the extremely thick, circular beam. His body dissolving into nothingness with no signs of regeneration, Asagi said her semi ironic farewell to Edwin Black, ending their many years long fight.
Asagi, helped Asuka up and both escaped the Demon Arena, with Sakura, Murasaki and Kosuke afterward.
Epilogue[]
A political power vacuum was generated by the sudden disappearance of Prime Ministe Asai Koujirou. A national salvation Government had been established with the efforts of Yamamoto Nobushige. The situation having died down quickly, Gosha Village was freed of their charges and normally returned to it. Globally, able to shelve the pacific community affiliation,Japan remained independent of the UFS. Meaning, Black's plan failed in the end.
Within Gosha Village at the lab of Kiryuu Sabato, a reformed Sabato tells Murasaki to slow down and let him examine her nude body again, making sure no demonic transformation could take place. Sakura and Kousuke observing the two's bickering, Kousuke having not been returned to normal but is able to communicate, is slightly concerned if they will find a meat ball cure. Sakura reassuring him with happy naive optimism that with the help of those two it is no issue, making Kousuke sigh slightly.
Upstairs in the office Asagi, Yamamoto and Asuka were talking about a letter Nonomura send, before his death to Yamamoto explaining the future circumstances of his death and true form of the Prime Minister as Black and current situation of the world. Asagi mentioning high ranking groups of "demons" came out of hiding and there is still lot of work to do. Asuka saying that she rather stay with the DSO than Gosha Village but the tone was much softer, and she would fight the demonic influences her own way. Asking if Asuka wants to see Kousuke, she declines and says another time (in the near future). Asagi struggling to speak, Asuka goes ahead and says that she is thankful that Asagi always worries about her, says goodbye and leaves with a smile though the window. Yamamoto joking that Asagi's relationship with her daughter has improved, Asagi laughing and replying that both would start a game which could turn back Kousuke back first. Ending Taimanin Asagi 3.
