The Taimaninverse is the multiverse that multiple Visual Novels, Drama CDs and OVAs are set in. It includes all possible good and bad end, "what ifs", future and past universes.

Most play in the near future of "20XX", in which advanced technology, demons and magic exist side by side. Certain locations are close to a cyberpunk aesthetic, while other stay just modern. Lilith has stated that all endings are "canon" within the greater multiverse.

Main (canon) Universe

The Taimanin main canon Universe follows true endings of characters like Asagi, Yukikaze, Kiryuu and Murasaki, which cameo or are mentioned in other games. On top of that characters visually age in design, in later games and progress to different occupations, between Taimanin Asagi and Taimanin Asagi 3 lie ten years. More games might play in this universe, as they don't contradict events. It includes the following games in chronological order of events.:

Battle Arena Universe

Main setting of Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena which connects other games of Lilith either directly within the same world or characters jumping dimensions. Most of the game revolves around Fuuma Kotarou trying to establish himself as a major faction between Demons, UFS and Taimanin. which involves a lot of mind breaking Taimanin/Demons and so on, into his crew.

One of the main events that lead to the creation of this world is the fate of Fuuma Danjou, that after his failed takeover of Gosha Village run away with parts of the fuuma clan, leaving his son Fuuma Kotarou to pick up the pieces.

Fuuma is joined by Fuuma Tokiko and a younger version of Sakura and Murasaki that are dimensionally displaced. While the real versions of those characters still exist in that same world.

RPGX Universe

Simular to battle arena with how it includes multiple Lilith games, however Fuuma Kotarou is acting much nicer and within the Taimanin organization. One of the main events is the fate of Fuuma Danjou, which shifted how this universe went, having been killed and later revived.

Fuuma is joined a younger version of Sakura that is dimensionally displaced. While the real versions still exists in that world. This Sakura lives together with Fuuma in Gosha Village and keeps a low profile.

Action Taimanin Universe

Fuuma Kotarou is now just a loyal to the Taimanin leading Asagi, Yukikaze, Sakura and others on missions. Yamaoto Nobushige has founded a Taimanin Task Force to take down terrorists and demons. Some of the past games have not taken place or events are to strongly altered to tell. SFW setting with lots of action and fighting. One of the main events is the fate of Fuuma Danjou, that simply died, which shifted how this universe went.

Originally, text and voiced dialoged for Sakura explicitly mentioned that she was dimentionally displaced just like the RPGX version. This has been removed since, as RPGX and Action do no longer exist within the same continutiy.

Sakura younger look contrast to an older Asagi, is now no longer explained and just how that universe is.

Fallen Wife Universe

Mostly playing within the game Ochiru Hitozuma it shows really local events, of normal wives being turned into sex slaves, as well as other crime syndicates. What connects it to Taimanin are websites on which the wives' training is uploaded. The other videos shown are from Taimanin Asagi, Asagi 2, Taimanin Murasaki and most importantly Taimanin Yukikaze 1, scenes shown imply that within that universe the bad ending for Yukikaze is canon.

"What IF" Universes

From the Lilith "if stories" short compilations. There are 8 in total, If2 and If4 are the only ones with stories focusing on Taimanin Asagi. The events in the games don't break continuity but are never mentioned and therefore unclear and could be in their own world.

The first what if Lilith-Izm02 involves scenes of sexual training of real Asagi in the chaos arena. The game will then "fake" a follow up with a finished training.

Lilith-Izm04 ~Kasshoku Hen~ is a beach episode in which Asagi tries to take a break which can result in Asagi, Sakura and Murasaki becoming slaves to an orc.
